San Diego Superior Court: Criminal Proceedings

District Attorney
Prosecutes all felonies, as well as misdemeanors occurring outside the City of San Diego but within the County of San Diego.
San Diego City Attorney
Prosecutes misdemeanors committed within the City of San Diego.
